Easter cooking

Since I stay home during Easter, I got some new cooking recipe myself so I did some cooking

crunchy shrimp with tomato sauce

the key is the sauce. I add the Worcestershire sauce in there.









Pork and Chive cake

when I am working to marinade the pork, I added some water in there before I add Oil (the oil works to keep the flavor strong and solid), this will make the cake more crunchy!!



Egg with Preserved sausage and chive

I steam the sauage first and I fried it and mix with the chive before I cook them with Egg... the new dishes I create








The Lamb rack

I like Rosemary but fresh one will be better!! anyways Cumin is also good for Lamb.. but I forget to buy the balsamic vinegar to make a sauce for this!



Korean style Rice cake with kimchi

recently I am in love with korean food!!
