Easter cooking

Since I stay home during Easter, I got some new cooking recipe myself so I did some cooking

crunchy shrimp with tomato sauce

the key is the sauce. I add the Worcestershire sauce in there.









Pork and Chive cake

when I am working to marinade the pork, I added some water in there before I add Oil (the oil works to keep the flavor strong and solid), this will make the cake more crunchy!!



Egg with Preserved sausage and chive

I steam the sauage first and I fried it and mix with the chive before I cook them with Egg... the new dishes I create








The Lamb rack

I like Rosemary but fresh one will be better!! anyways Cumin is also good for Lamb.. but I forget to buy the balsamic vinegar to make a sauce for this!

While I was in Canada, it took me a while to understand how Hockey is played. try one and I suck haha

anyways my company is located in the area where a lot of industrial building around. and you always find something interesting in those building, for example, there will always outlets for kitchenware and household product! and even we have art festival in here!!

anyways.. this molder is bought from a local company.. they make a modle dress like Barble haha. they have a lot of clothes like badminton style with racket, policeman, fireman, a golf player, a saleman etc!!

Actually, I didn't do much but stay home and working during the holiday. I think I am workaholic. for a while I am really depressed about my life.

Life is........ unfair?
Lately I am busy, lazy and grumpy.
I have been thinking, should I stay in this company?
I like my job really but I can't handle the people around. luckily my team is always the best to me so i am happy. but where is my new career?









a lot of complaint. should I just shut up?

I don't know.... sometimes i thought he / she is a good friend but at the end, I realized I am just being used for some stupid things (e.g. help you to download stuffs, help for taking photos etc, whatever)







anyways, went to the Spring Flower show. it's just the 2nd day but the flowers are dying.. what the hell?
